Lyzos exists because most prop tools are pretty packaging around someone's gut feeling. We wanted something different — a real model, transparent factors, and a single number that tells you when to play and when to pass.
The problem with prop picks
If you've spent any time in sports prop markets, you've seen the same playbook: someone with confidence and a microphone declares "lock of the day," and you're supposed to follow along. There's no model. There's no track record you can verify. There's just vibes.
That's not analysis. That's entertainment dressed up as expertise.
What we built instead
Lyzos is a 6-factor scoring model that runs on every prop pick across the NBA, NFL, MLB, and NHL. Instead of telling you what we think, the model tells you what the data shows — recent form, hit rates, head-to-head splits, venue effects, rest, and injury status — combined into a single 0–100 score.
The score doesn't lie. It also doesn't promise wins. What it does is take the guesswork out of "is this a good play?" so you can spend your time on the parts of betting that matter — discipline, bankroll, and patience.

The bettors who win long-term don't win because they're psychic. They win because they pass on bad spots and size their plays correctly. Our model exists to help you do both.

You should know exactly why a pick scores 84 instead of 67. We show every factor that goes into the number — no black box, no hidden algorithm.
Skipping is a strategy.
The best play of the night is sometimes the one you don't make. Our scoring scale is designed to flag when to fold — most picks score below 64. That's by design.

We pull live game logs, injury reports, and matchup data on every analysis. No stale stats from last week's blog post.

Lyzos is built by a small team of developers and sports nerds who got tired of seeing friends throw money at "lock of the day" picks from people who never showed their work. We aren't a media company. We aren't a sportsbook. We don't take a cut of your action.
We sell access to a tool. The tool is the product. That's it.
