Lyzos is a data tool. Sports betting is a real activity with real financial risk. We take this seriously, and you should too.
Only ever risk what you can afford to lose. Never chase losses. Never borrow money to bet. Never bet money meant for rent, food, family, or savings. If you can't afford to lose it, you can't afford to bet it.
Our position
Lyzos provides statistical analysis of player performance. We do not place wagers, hold customer funds, or operate any gambling platform. What you do with our data is up to you — but we believe responsible engagement with sports betting requires three things:
A bankroll you can afford to lose
Set aside a fixed amount each month for sports betting. When it's gone, you stop. No exceptions.
A unit-sizing strategy
Never bet more than 1–3% of your bankroll on a single play. Discipline beats hot streaks every time.
An honest tracking habit
Track every bet — wins and losses. People who track their results consistently lose less than people who don't.
Warning signs
Sports betting becomes a problem when it stops being entertainment. If any of the following are true, please pause:
- You're betting money you can't afford to lose
- You're chasing losses by increasing bet sizes
- You're hiding your betting activity from family or friends
- You're borrowing money or selling things to fund bets
- You're betting to escape stress, anxiety, or depression
- You feel anxious, irritable, or restless when not betting
- You've tried to cut back and couldn't
- Betting is affecting your work, relationships, or health

Self-exclusion
Most US states with legal sports betting offer voluntary self-exclusion programs. These let you remove your access to all licensed sportsbooks in your state for a set period (typically 1 year, 5 years, or lifetime).
Search "[your state] sports betting self-exclusion" or contact your state gaming commission directly. The decision to self-exclude is one of the strongest steps you can take.
Who can use Lyzos
You must be at least 18 years old to use Lyzos (21+ in some jurisdictions). The Service is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has accessed Lyzos, contact us at support@lyzos.net.
What we will not do
- We will not advertise to minors
- We will not promise guaranteed wins or financial gains
- We will not encourage chasing losses
- We will not gamify our product to encourage compulsive use
- We will not retain accounts of users who self-identify as having a gambling problem
